Satisfactory Academic Progress Appeal
If you have been notified that you are not meeting academic progress standards for financial aid purposes, but you have relevant extenuating circumstances and would like to appeal, please complete the appropriate appeal form and return it to the Office of Scholarships and Financial Aid with supporting documentation

For most appeals, you must submit the on-line appeal form, narrative, documentation and an academic plan (form located below) before your appeal will be reviewed.
