This position is responsible for processing scholarship awards based on established criteria or through committee recommendations, including merit-based resident and non-resident scholarships; leadership, service, and diversity scholarships; Foundation awards; and Fellowships for graduate students. Additional responsibilities include facilitation of scholarship appeals committee, external scholarship processing with such programs as Susan T. Buffet Scholars, NCPA Scholars, and Gates Millennium Scholars. Work closely with the scholarships team, including Assistant Directors for donor-based scholarships and recruitment scholarships and Office Associate. This position also assists customer service staff with questions related to scholarships and to assist scholarship donor program coordinators, students, families, university colleagues and scholarship donors with scholarship-related questions. Assist with other internal scholarship processing functions, as necessary.

This position will be principally responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of the University’s Federal and private student loan programs. Position is also responsible for overseeing the Federal Work-Study program as well as summer cost of attendance and aid revisions. Coordinate submission of the annual FISAP (Fiscal Operations Report and Application to Participate) report. This position supervises three staff.
